Cupcakes are fun to eat and easy to serve. My friend Melissa asked me to make some special Diego cupcakes to match the theme of her son's 3rd birthday party.
We decided to use plastic Diego rings found here and match the frosting to them since it was so cute.
Half the cupcakes had an orange base swirl, the other half had yellow, and all of them had grass/ leaves that the ring is popping out of.
